Q: My small and/or large prizes are not being issued as they should or not at all.  What's wrong?

A: It is possible for the mount and harness wire to become severed inside the sleeve.  From the outslide there doesn't appear to be anything wrong.  In order to fix this, the four-wire harness will need to be replaced.

Q: Why is my machine delivering too many small prizes?

A: There needs to be an adjustment to the small prize switch, which is located at the back of the machine to the right of the prize chute.  The motor shaft has a set screw that contacts the switch.  Make sure the set screw is actuating the switch to fix the problem.  If it is not, bend the small spring bar with a pair of needle-nose pliers.  The switch should be in the closed position.
